Igor Gritsaenko

Full-Stack Developer

I didn't start in software: first came aviation, then five years of running a store. Since 2019 I've been writing code, from the database to the UI.

The time on the other side helps: I know how a product lives in the hands of the people who use it, and I can talk to the business in its own language.

Experience

  1. 2019–2026
Full-stack developer · Product companies and agencies

E-commerce, internal systems, corporate sites and portals: from the database and API to the UI, the mobile app and the deploy.

  2. 2012–2017
Store manager · DNS (electronics retail)

Five years running an electronics store: the team, the sales plan, the customers, and everything that breaks on a Friday night.

  3. 2009–2012
Head of the PDSP service · Beriev Aircraft Company (TANTK)

Three years at the company that designs amphibious aircraft. The one at the pier is a nod to it.

  4. Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation · Saint Petersburg

    Civil aviation university.

  5. School No. 11 · Taganrog

Taganrog is a town on the Sea of Azov and a home of Russian seaplane aviation. Hence the island.
